Bonus for “Interacting Across Cultures”

This is a platform developed by The Independent Learning Centre, which aims to better prepare outgoing exchange students before their departure. There are 5 micro-learning modules. The first 4 modules are for students to complete before departure, while the last one is for reflection on their exchange experience after returning to CUHK. The materials in this Platform may give students some insight especially about cultural difference and communication tactics. Besides, it may also prompt students to think deeply about their motivation, and expectations of the exchange experience.  For more details, please refer to the link below.

In the application form, you will be asked to indicate if you have completed and submitted the modules. Kindly note that it is not compulsory for applicants of WYS Term-long Exchange Programme to complete and submit the modules. However, BONUS will be given to those who have completed them.

Besides, the Independent Learning Centre will generate the report of your submission and send to our College for reference.
