Practice Mindfulness and Enjoy the Present Moment

Mindfulness is the act of maintaining awareness of our thoughts and feelings. Being mindful prevents unrelated thoughts from distracting our attention. It stops negative thoughts from controlling our emotions and allows us to let go of the past. Under the guidance of instructors, students will learn to clear their mind and relieve their stress, and learn to take good care of themselves.
